Partner Joseph J. LeBlanc is a Rule 114 qualified civil and family mediator, with experience mediating for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. He is dedicated to helping individuals resolve disputes efficiently, keeping their goals in mind.
Joseph graduated from Hamline University School of Law with certificates in Advocacy and Problem Solving, Global Arbitration Law and Practice and Business Law. He served as the student director of Hamline’s Employment Discrimination Mediation Representation Clinic and was a recipient of the Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinical Student Award for his work with the clinic. He was also a national finalist in the ABA Mediation Representation Competition.
In addition to his J.D., Joseph has earned an Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters degree in Human Research Management. Before returning to school to study law, he worked as a human resources executive for a national corporation.
